Our guess is that you probably won’t be cooking up a huge, heavy dinner for New Year’s. Delish has a list of 21 Amazing Apps That Will Replace Dinner Altogether. This is the perfect list to consult when you’re putting your New Year’s Eve menu together. The Chicken Cordon Bleu Dip, Taco Cups, and  Firecracker Chicken Meatballs all look great to us.

Party Games

Tinyprints has a whole list of free, printable New Year’s games. They have a variety of different games for you to play, from movie trivia games to a murder mystery games to a New Year’s Eve puzzle. Minute-to-win-it games are also a lot of fun to play on New Year’s, as are traditional board games like Catch Phrase and Apples to Apples.

Decorations

Part of the fun of New Year’s is the opportunity to decorate your apartment. Hang up streamers, put up posters with 2017 blazed on them, and set up a photo booth for your guests to enjoy. Relaxing at Home

Most of our tips in this post have been party tips. If you want a calm night in, you can watch the New Year’s ball drop in New York City on the Times Square website. Settle in with your favorite TV show, a cup of hot chocolate, and your favorite snacks until the clock strikes twelve.
