We are big fans of this asparagus, bacon, and strawberry salad. This salad is perfect for opening any spring meal. Our favorite part of this dish is the vinaigrette. Mix together garlic, shallot, olive oil, red wine vinegar, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to make it.
Combine tomatoes, basil, parsley, carrots, onions, chicken stock, garlic, butter, and lemon juice for a tomato soup that will make your mouth water. Dip a piece of french bread or a fresh roll in this soup, and top it with cheese, cracker, and chives to finish it off.
These grilled sweet potatoes are easy to make. Season your sweet potatoes with olive oil and kosher salt, and dress it with chopped fresh cilantro, lime zest, fresh lime, oil, and salt. If you’d prefer, you can substitute the lime with lemon.
Marinate your chicken in fresh lime juice, lime zest, olive oil, honey, chopped cilantro, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Grill the chicken and then top with an avocado salsa made with avocados, tomatoes, red onion, garlic, and lime juice.
White cake mix, sweetened condensed milk, ricotta cheese, mascarpone cheese, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, cinnamon, mini chocolate chips, and powdered sugar make for a treat that will have your guests asking for another slice.
